What's cookin' for lunch today?

I baked a chicken breast with some garlic salt, olive oil and onion salt and cut it up, I'm going to toss it in a salad and that will be lunch for today. Wanted it to be a little lighter since dinner is pulled pork and potato wedges. What's for lunch at your house today? Photo is mine of my homemade croutons.

It's almost lunch time here, and I'm actually not sure yet. I'll have to go in the kitchen and see. May be just a sandwich of some sort.

I had peanut butter and jelly today. Lol. I didn't feel like putting effort into anything else. I am tired from packing and cleaning and stuff. Ick moving.

I ate a slice of Swiss cheese, a blueberry muffin, and 1/2 a glazed donut, coffee. It was great, even though I eat this often.
