Saturday was a good day

My daughter took her little dog home to Portland and I could relax more. That Chihuahua is smart and fun to have around, but needs a lot of attention.
We went to the indoor Farmers' Market to pick up a few things, then went next door to the Holiday Market which runs every weekend thru Christmas. Maybe 200 vendors set up there each year to sell handmade pottery, clothing, art and jewelry. There are a number of food booths as well. One of our favorites is Ritta's Burritos. She is a local institution, serving great food from her booth there and in the spring and summer at Saturday Market.
The place was crowded with shoppers and diners as well. Musical acts are scheduled all day too. It is a good place to go during the holiday season.

Our farmers are outside until November, then move inside with lots of root veggies mostly. Our fish monger was there too so we try to get the fresh ocean fish from her.

Sounds like a fun and interesting place to visit.
my son has two Chihuahuas and although they are lovable they do require a lot of attention and cuddling.

On Saturday morning, I dragged the kids out to our indoor holiday market. Like yours, it had over 200 booths full of vendors selling their holidays wares. It was a fun time, and we came across a few good gifts for family members.
