No PC Problems~ Knock On Wood

I have had this particular Dell laptop for nearly four years now. I have had no problems with it. I had a supposed Dell tech call me and tell me I had a problem with the ISP not being secure. But that is all. So I am feeling very lucky. Usually, in the past, I have had many problems and had to call tech support often. I am wondering why this laptop has been so good. I wonder...... Could it be.......? Which do you think is the reason:
A. Anast anti-virus doing such a good job.
B. Windows 10 taking care of issues as they pop up.
C. Know more myself and am keeping up on clearing data and doing needed maintenance.
D. Better Dell product.
E. Or, All of the above.

our laptops have always lasted a long tie, it's my tablet that gave up on me after a few years.@celticeagle (159058)

My daughter started out with tablets. Had three and none worked right. So she got a Dell laptop.

Those supposed Dell and other techs are scammers and if you give them control of your computer, it's done. My Toshiba is seven years old and still going. The ten key is acting up now and if I put my wrist too far down where the split is while typing, I get shocked. It's time for a new one this spring if not for faster speed at least.

I learned the hard way. They do get old at some time or other. Can't last forever.
