Today I read a short poem titled The Eyes written by an eight years old child and I found it great. My eyes are very very big They are big enough to hold the mountain the ocean the blue sky the whole world My eyes are very very small Sometimes I feel something sad They just can't hold two tear drops

Now I doubt whether it is written by a child. Perhaps some words are too innocent and then it can touch us.

@youless _I really can not tell since I have not seen the original for comparison but I think you manage to express the emotions of the poem and that is what poetry is all about.
