Strange weather today

Happy Monday to everyone. I normally dont start weather related discussions but Minnesota has me scratching my head today. I woke up at about 1130am and it is 54 degrees and light rain. Into today the temperature will drop to a balmy 17 degrees and it will rain and be a lovely wintery mix into the evening when I go to leave work. By 5pm it will be in the mid 30s and continue down from there.
Umm, what?! Low fifities here is a heat wave for December. 17 is more seasonally appropriate but still not happy with it. Haha.
How is weather where you are? Any big plans for today?

It is warm here today, we got up to 72 degrees. Ugh.

@maezee Yeah pretty normal. I really don't like the heat and that's mainly what we have here. I love the colder weather.

Same as you. High 50's today, then going down into the 30's and lower for the next several days. Rain too.

@maezee I just checked our weather, all but two of the next ten days are above freezing. And only one day in ten with even a slim chance at snow. I did see snow come across from Minnesota this morning and go to our northwest and up into Canada. So I know you got snow at least overnight.

@maezee That would scare me also. People in Texas don't know how to drive in snow and ice, and I never leave the house until it's over.

The weather is pretty rebellious these days isn't it.

Oh hey! I forgot you're here in MN, too. I know right? Yesterday it rained then into snow. Ugh.
