i don't even know what to search in the internet anymore... I do not want to search for scary rituals since it is almost midnight and i may have trouble sleeping

I like to just play games on my phone if I can’t sleep eventually my eyes will get tired and I doze off

yeah i do that too, but sometimes i get into the game too much i can't sleep

Been there done that many times. It can be quite frustrating especially when you have others in the house you really don't want to wake up. Many times that is when I try logging in here or playing a game, etc on my tablet hoping that I can get tired enough to fall back asleep

I sometimes try counting sheep too, but i do not it it has ever worked
