I just won IDIOT of the year!

Yep, that's me!!! Idiot of the year!!!!!!!! Why in the world am I still trying????? I just got back from the "remains" of what was once was my home. I can't afford to spend the nearly $28,000 to clear the ruins off the lot. I get to look at what was once my happy home daily. I get to, in my stupidity, believe that I can win a suit against a major power company. Shoot, I might as well believe I can drain the Pacific ocean with a tea spoon! I wandered through what was once my bear making studio. I was able to touch some of what was left of my bear making books. I found one of my antique sewing machines that I used to sew the bears together. I spotted some of the chunks of my Starbucks mugs - the travel tumblers are long burned and gone. There are a few shreds of sheets from my bed... And I'm stupid enough to keep on trying! I lost EVERYTHING, my home, my business, my car, my beloved animals...there's nothing there!!! And here I am thinking I can win against a major company! Can you spell "moron"? How about " idiot"? Let's try for "Super stupid"! I'm sitting here trying to come up with one really good reason to keep on fighting. I can't even have a cat in the house I'm sharing with my boyfriend because I really am not sharing it, I'm just kind of a house guest...sort of. I keep my things limited to a ten foot square space in the house. I wonder when I get to pick up my award for idiot of the year?? I'll probably win next year too!

I wasn't able to get insurance, the fire was the major company's fault although they are claiming that the home owner is supposed to be responsible for the section of equipment that they would have no knowledge of how to maintain. You have given me something that hat money never could. That's love! That's the best thing I can receive... Other than a verdict in my favor from the judge.

How sad. Do you have insurance....maybe you could get compensation from the power company. They do bear responsibility. You need to find the right ear to bend,

That is very, very sad. I hope you're able to get compensation or whatever. It can be hard fighting the big companies.
