We Are Having a Heat Wave!

You know it's cold outside when your face hurts from the cold. Little Miss said her eyes were leaking. Poor kid.
This frigid weather can leave, I am sick of freezing.
On the flip side, the sun is shining. Just wish the temperature would rise above freezing.

@Courtlynn at least we have warm slippers to keep our feet toasty. She loves hers. Tossed her old pair aside for the Skye slippers.

@FourWalls I would roast if I wore more than a single layer. My client's have their homes at a toasty temperature. Yesterday I know it was at least 80 in one of their homes. She was complaining that she was cold.

I'm not sure about yesterday. I do know it was cold because I had to go to Walmart. This morning my mother told me it was 8 degrees. My pipes froze and I have no water at the moment. Thank goodness i have water jugs saved for days like this. Hopefully they will thaw soon.

@ElusiveButterfly I did too, but it froze anyway. My mother said the pipe insulation had split and she is getting more insulation. She got my water working again.
