Great? Looking? Cheese?

I was looking at some delicious dishes from the restaurants of Chef Ramsay, and suddenly I found this picture of a cart of displaying different cheeses from one of his restaurants. The more aged (and possibly the more stinky) the cheese the more expensive the cost, and this lot appears as if it were abandoned for a couple of weeks. I think I would give up my love for cheese if those pictured were my only choices, but first I would be willing to give a try. What do you think about this picture?

I enjoy aged cheeses, but I'd stay away from the casings.

I realized from this post that I don't know anything about cheese, except the standard cheese I buy at Walmart and Target--cheddar and provolone.

I like aged dry cheese like Parmesan, not mature cheese. There are few in this picture that I really like. The one in the round wooden box top left is expensive, but very good.

@misunderstood_zombie Cheese is not very expensive here in Switzerland, I live close to the Italian border, I cross the border to buy Italian cheese.

Some of them look very interesting, but I probably couldn't afford the expensive ones, so I'm happy with the ones I buy from the store.

Some of it looks ready for the trash, but those are most likely the most expensive kind.

Oh dear. Some of those look quite spoiled, but I'm sure they are expensive. I like nice, clean looking marble jack and sharp cheddar. This stuff scares me

@misunderstood_zombie Yeah, that is confusing too... Makes me think of the better restaurants where they used to come around with a desert tray....

I think those are the most expensive, but I really don't know. I don't even know why they have a cheese cart. Do people just have the cheese cut for them? I guess until I rich and go to one of his restaurants, I will never know.

They do look strange but a lot of the artisan cheese does. Some of it probably tastes awesome though.

I keep thinking that if I get over the way some of it looks, I may like it.

I don’t like aged cheese much. And when I think that the green thing is mold I especially don’t like to try it.

It really puts meaning to the words aged cheddar. I would pass on the cheese displayed.
