Years ago I posted a discussion about the Japanese housewife who looks like on her Twenties but her on her 40's. Now there is a 50 year old woman From Indonesia who looks like an debutante. She is not enhanced by surgery as she doesn't have the emotionless plastic botox look.her teenage photos looks the same. She said she looks that way because of working out. Her husband who is her college sweetheart is being mistaken for her dad. The source of the photo I embedded is her instagrsm account. Her name is Puspa Dewi. People like her makes me not afraid of aging anymore. I guess I just need to make my self suffer with undelicious health foods to maintain my appearance and jot become a human raisin.

A photo can make the difference. Look her here, she still look younger, but it shows she is over 40.

@much2say Absolutely, in this photo she looks like a woman in her mid 40. I have a couple of friends of the same age and they have the same look. Nothing exceptional.

Makeup can make a person look 20 years younger, that's why I don't wear any!

I am approaching the ol' great 50 . Many Asians can look younger and age well . . . I look younger, but I might appear 30 something at best. Some of us are just small and slim - so that helps. Dye work on the hair makes a difference and so does the style - not to mention knowing how to do make up just right. I don't color my hair and with make up I don't wear foundation . . . I don't focus in trying to look young, but I like looking healthy. Oh and the way one dresses can make it deceiving as well. Oh but she is very pretty!

SmilePie, beauty and age comes from within. Some people look like their 20 and are actually only 50 but they are evil nasty people inside. I'd rather look like I'm a thousand years old and be the fun, hugging, giving, loving person I am than look like I'm 20 and have people lusting after me in one way or another.

Well, I guess some people just are too afraid to ever weigh anything or age at all. I wonder with people who actually do these things, and look like this, how healthy are they really? No letting yourself go, and looking 70 when you're only 50 is not good either.

I wonder if I would look younger if I loose weight....meh, forget it. Some people told me I would look older if I'm thinner.

I don't think I look my age but she certainly looks way younger than her age. I have a feeling there is something she is not telling us.

She tells everything she does. Her undelicious looking diet of vegetables, lack of carbs and all of her workouts. Also she treats her sons and daughter like friends.she is also rich so she have no financial problems. I remember meeting a 14 year old who looks 30 and he looks old because of his diet of instant ramen noodles and canned corned beef. His family have tons of financial problems leading to stress. The food this woman eats looks untasty. Seriously quinoa, with fresh greens and steamed brocolli.

@CaptAlbertWhisker guess it can also depend on family traits. My mom looked at least ten years younger all her life and you could not tell right away how old she was. I have this trait from her and I love my food so go figure.

@RasmaSandra imagine how young you will look if you will let go of delicious things and eat bland salads forever. I may give blandfoodtarian a chance.

She looks pretty well for her age, I think it will always depend the way we take care of ourselves over the years.
