God's message today...

I really like the facebook app for god's daily messages. Little insightful things to think about and reflect on.
Today's had a real amazing quote I don't want to forget. It was "circumstances don't make you, they reveal you". How true is that? Its one of my thoughts in why bad things happen to good people. Its in my opinion not about the what but the impact it can have. There is a positive to all bad things even if it takes a while to find it.
Its also given me inspiration for a new kindness rock!

Yes, our circumstances can reveal much about what kind of person we are and things we need to work on. It can reveal our strengths and our weaknesses.

@db20747 Yes, sometimes our circumstances can bring us where we did not intend to be or where we don't want to be but we don't have to stay there. God can bring us to a better place and we can stay in the better place.

its okay, not everyone is perfect! :)
I kid there. I believe the belief in god or lack there of, is a personal choice for everyone to make on their own. There have been times in my life I was atheist, agnostic, or practiced just Buddhism.
Now Im a Christian Buddhist in training !
