I think we all know this, but I must admit I was jealous of my jet setting cousin who even managed to get her millionaire hubby to settle down in our hometown. She seemed to have everything trips, expensive toys, a child, a great marriage great career even though she didn't have to work,and friends the whole nine yards. Well I just found out thru the grapevine she and hubby have split. I don't know if it is permanent or not, but it sure might be she has basically excised him off her FB page..even though I know for a fact they were together at the holidays..Well splits often happen in stages anyway. I guess it goes to show you no matter how good things might look on the outside,,appearnces are deceiving.

It's nice to have things and money, but it can't be a measuring stick for a good marriage. I hope things work out for them!:(

Yes, i think maybe too mhch of their focus was on superficial things but jusvspecuatibg it could be anything including possible infidelity

Whenever I go on facebook, it seems like everyone has a life and I don't. Which doesn't help with my emotional well-being. 
I'm glad to reunite with myLot at least for until I'm interested cause it drags me out of facebook.

Yeah, when you look at Facebook it does look like everyone is having fun but you...well not always the case!

@snowy22315 that's true. Other people probably feel the same way seeing my posts. I hope they realize I have really crappy down days I don't ever show on Facebook.

I think they will remain friendly for their daughter's sake but I bet my cousin is heartbroken. Yes, she is a highly paid medical professional. She will be fine economically, emotionally..it will take some time.

Yeah, I admit I was kind of wondering why dad was there in Calif on a trip with his daughter instead of his wife. Well she has gone back to work...but yeah, the split is the reason.

I always find that the happiest and "perfect" couples on social media and in person, are actually the most sad, and relationship ending couples.

That is one mystery I am trying to solve why rich people are not happy since the stories of having "Fake family members: begging them for money or having to deal with shady characters who would dig dirt on them so that they can bought off with cash not to squeal their dirty secrets.

I wish I had a man to take care of whether poor or wealthy. I cannot even remember my last date. Atleast she had love for a while. If she is strong and independent, she will get through.
