True to its name looking at the image it sure looks like filth but is in great demand going by what CNN had to say. This link has interesting information on this great food. Have you tasted Filth Taco?
A delicacy containing beef, coriander and limes may sound fresh and healthy, but don't let this fool you - the restaurant cooks using week-old animal fat and regular customers have suffered heart attacks.

I doubt customers received heart attacks just due to eating there. It takes years of arteries clogging up to cause things like that.

I don't think I will ever be able to eat such foods. I already have some stomach issues and these foods will make me sick

Never, but I have had many unfilthy tacos. Who would ever want to eat that in this day and age?

Actually it's not filthy but that is the name that was given by those who have been hogging that stuff. CNN covered this on their channel.

Its from the streets, most likely cleaner than applebees, From the streets cannot afford to lose customers unless one time deal. Follow the people is always a wise advice.
