Another earthquake .. this time Alaska ...

A major earthquake struck 170 miles off Alaska early Tuesday, but despite initial concerns, the authorities lifted all tsunami warnings, watches and advisories within four hours. I cant imagine what a scare it would be to live on the coast with a tsunami coming.. Glad things are better there now.. some reported quake to be around 7.6 .. another good sized one ..

@infatuatedbby - im just beyond where the san andreas fault ends, so i wont be surprised if we get a tremor.

At least, Alaska is lightly populated. Can you imagined hitting the CA coast?

That must be a strong one. I have read this year, there will be a lot of earth movements and volcano eruptions especially in those countries near the ring of fire.

Not only have there been many over 7 this year.. but they are placed all over the world.. scary ..
