Can you please tell me how to generate more earnings here? I'm new in mylot.

Like with any site like this, interacting is the key. Also writing posts is good as well. I learned, for myself, that writing many posts in a day is not always effective. I space mine out a lot. But I do interact with my friends here, comment on posts and always keep up with my notifications.

@Joanncali You will see the earning. They update them from time to time. It is not immediate. Just post, respond and interact and enjoy yourself here.

Does it shows how much earn every time you post a discussion/comments? I don't see any of my earnings yet even though I tried discussion or making response.

@Joanncali no, there is no fixed rate/amount/points for every activity you receive here.

Your earnings are based on the interactions (responses, comments, likes &c.) which you receive from others NOT on how much you yourself post. This is explained in the Earnings Program FAQs.
You should also be aware of the simple 'rules' as given in the Community Guidelines. Many of the most commonly asked questions are answered in more detail in the Frequently Asked Questions page.
You will find all of these in the "Help" section (in the leftmost menu, under your username).

I see, that would be great since I love talking to people anywhere around the world. I like to make friends here. It gives me knowledge to know different cultures. At least to keep myself out of boredom, hehe.
