Because--if God WERE King--our calendar would be arranged so that holidays (especially saints' days) always fell on weekends. I was reminded of this need by 'the fact that Oklahoma City's Remington Park has to schedule "Valentine's Day dinner" on February 16th & 17th! https://www.facebook.com/events/187344698531400/ I think--if the Church wants to affirm God as King--they ought to publish-&-distribute a calendar arranged in (what I'm calling) 'Factor-of-7'---in which all the holidays happen on weekends. Use of this calendar would be "religion"---the way Jews are excused from working on Shabbat. And under the Church's Factor-of-7, you are forbidden from paying for labor on 'the seventh day.' Let's see how popular that calendar gets.

not really. If the calendar were really from the church, it would be "a sin" to have any but the 'six days of work followed by the Sabbath!'
