Had issues entering Hamilton (Broadway) lottery again

I decided to enter the Hamilton (Broadway) lottery again, and as happened last time, I got en error message when I did it through Chrome. I didn't bother trying to enter again, or doing it through Microsoft Edge, because I thought the end result would be the same. Instead, I went straight to my iPhone and did it from Safari. It worked on the first attempt. I wonder why that is happening. It shouldn't matter what browser or device I am using. I should be able to enter the lottery from any device or browser I want to use. I didn't win the lottery last time but hope that this time I will win... I really want to see the show!

could be site is not that compatible with chrome, you may have to change setting and permision on chrome to work with the site.

Maybe that could be the issue. How would I do that?

Thats true, the browser shouldn't matter although I sometimes have problems with certain browsers as well. Good luck in the lottery to you

@cintol Yep. I really thought I did though because every time I use my card somewhere I get a push notification from Capital One.

I remember I was trying to get Broadway show tickets to another show (M. Butterfly) from Chrome and I was getting an error message. Had to resort to calling Telecharge to order the tickets and also make sure that my two attempts didn't result in me being charged because my credit card app notified me twice about the two charges appearing on my card even though I got an error message when placing the orders each time. Thankfully, those charges didn't actually post to my account.

What kind of lottery is that?

It's a lottery to see the Broadway musical Hamilton. If you win you get to see the show for only $10 a ticket. Tickets sell for hundreds and even thousands of dollars a ticket, so this is a bargain. Not sure where they sit you though or if you sit at all.

All you can do is keep trying.

Or cave in and get the tickets at ridiculous prices. But I don't wanna do that. So lottery is my only chance to see it. But since I want my husband to see it too I am only limited to a Thursday performance, which probably lessens my chances of winning...

I didn't win this time either, which is a bummer. Wonder if maybe I should try entering with a different email address. I have more than one email account. Not sure if that's allowed though.
