Do Girls still accept flowers as Valentine's Gift?

Can't really tell about this actually but where i was born and brought up..they see it as old fashion style instead they prefer buying something for them that is more meaningful than flowers like clothes,cars,shoes etc. If they're just your female friends, flowers are an acceptable gift. If the person is a significant other, it wouldn't hurt to couple those flowers with a dinner and/or movie. But a point, i imagined that Flowers in valentines day signifies a day of romantic LOVE where we pour out our minds to those we truly love and cherish from our hearts..

In my place flowers are a nice gift. i guess there is no old fashion in Love.. when we give something with all our heart, something old is be so meaningful

Yes, of course, girls like flowers though there are some girls prefer chocolates or other gifts but it's a sweet thing to do if you give girls nice flowers.

I love flowers and as far as I am.concerned, it is the best gift one can give at any time of the year. I like to receive and gift saplings too..

If you have a good girl that isn't materialistic then yes. I love chocolate and flowers or just a candy bar. I mean I don't really want all of that fancy stuff on Valentine's day because it is about being with the one you love. I hate seeing women walk around mad cause they didn't get a fancy ring or necklace. I am very happy with just getting flowers from the yard or off my own Rose bush too. I just say that it just depends on whom you are with or who you are talking to. Sadly times have changed and I am only 28 and love getting flowers or just cuddle with me and say you love me. I don't look for anything on V-day.

I don't mind receiving any gift in Valentines Day but yes, there are still a lot of girls who wants to receive flowers as gift. And of course, I'm one of them
