Tried making quinoa for the first time

Happy Tuesday all! I have honestly not felt like writing on here much lately. Must have needed a break. I tried making quinoa which is supposed to have a long list of health benefits for you. Fiber, protein and a bunch of vitamins.
I ended up making a quinoa and veggie salad. In it I put green and colorful peppers, beans, red onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and tried it using two different dressing. One, lemon juice, a little bit of olive oil and cilantro. The second was balsamic vinegar, a dash of olive oil and some ground pepper. I liked the second dressing bettsr.
Have you made any quinoa dishes? What kind? And what kind of seasoning or dressing did you use? Need some ideas!

I have not tried cooking quinoa rice but I've lways wanted to tru vooking it becaus I heard that it is really good for ones health.
Last week,I went go Healthy Options because I wanted to check quinoa rice.Holy cow! It costs an arm and a leg!
