A Mylot kind of night

You guys are so easy to be around, I am just having a myLot kind of night. Hubby is gone on an errand. When he is finally home we will eat home made soup with leftover pizza.
I will maybe catch up to some of you. I like to pick one person and read three or four posts. You kind of get a story that way.
There is a load of laundry in the wash. My Swagbucks goal is almost met. I had a cup of coffee so I am "good" for now.
It feels like I have not gotten to be here much at all this week so this is nice. Look for me to be around for at least a little while.
My image is from last Saturday at Brookville. Hot coffee, vanilla ice cream topped with homemade strawberry jam. It is just that kind of a night.

You know, for as large and complete a meal the price was very reasonable. It was all inclusive, except the drinks. Appetizer to dessert.

@JudyEv That is not a good deal at all. We each got half a chicken, all the sides we wanted and boxes to take home left overs. Neither of us care much for cream style corn, but I took it home and put it in a soup. The chicken we had left made another meal, and I believe hubby even had some for his lunch on Monday. Definitely worth the cost and a great place to be.

@GardenGerty It feels really good to get value for money. I just ge annoyed when servings are tiny and then something like salad or vegetables are all extra.

I love to read a couple posts, by the same author. It helps me get to know them:) Vanilla ice cream with homemade strawberry jam, I thought that I invented this treat! LOL
