Do you like your internet provider?

I simply can't stand my internet provider Exede. I mean there are so many things I don;t like about them..for instance they are always changing their plans. They have changed twice in the past month..and now there is nothing on their website..so you can't even look at the plan details. It is ridiculous. They also spring the bill on you every month without having it ready in advance so you can look at it. It never changes much..but still..the idea of it..I asked to have a copy of the new plan emailed to me..and they claim they can't send external emails..say what?? There are reasons why I can't switch that I don't want to go into here..but suffice it to say they S__K.!

We don't have options out here. I have to do the hotspot thing. And here in about a month I have to buy a new one and switch to a different plan because this one will wear out. It's annoying. We can only stream youtube.

@snowy22315 There is one I could sign up with, but its 450 deposit and then 150 a month. And I just wont do it.

@snowy22315 It's good for the first six months, then the honeymoon stage ends, and they jack up the price. I then wanted to cancel my landline, but they wouldn't let me.

I'm stuck with the internet provider I have since our choices are limited in this area. I can't complain about the service (it includes internet,phone and cable) but the monthly charge is ridiculous.

Charter Communications is for our television service, Internet, and telephone combined. So, if the Internet goes out, I don't have a telephone either. I hate this!

@snowy22315 Our Internet service went out for about 1/2 hour the other day. I was without a phone, so my husband couldn't call to get a ride home from work! I just got in the car and headed over there, then sat in the car until Jay was finished working.

@kobesbuddy Oh how stupid..how come you guys don't have cellphones? Tracfone isn't expensive. I don;t mean you are stupid.

Here in India majority of people they prefer prepaid connection under which we pay the money in advance for a fixed time which avoids such confusions dear friend @snowy22315! Thanks!

I wish I could say the same. I just increased my package yesterday, and it has been crap all day today! I had a stressful call with them on Sunday and just can't do it today. I am hoping by tomorrow when it is not a quasi holiday it will be better.
