Morning! How is everyone doing today? I am getting ready to go workout while my boyfriend does his physical therapy on his knees and heel. After that we will be coming home and relaxing until dinner time. I hope everyone has a great day.

Yeah all went well he has to deal with it til surgery time and we are trying to have it scheduled for after Labor Day.
