Set Goals

In life, we have to set goals in order to stay focused and to help us stay on track. Let's face it, life happens and sometimes we are pulled in every direction. If you have goals already set, you can reevaluate your situation from time to time and adjust when necessary. So, when was the last time you set realistic goals for yourself? It's okay, be honest. I won't tell. Right now sounds like a good time to get some goals set in place so you can work toward achieving them. Do I have anyone willing to make a commitment to goal setting? Goals 1. Write daily for at least 30 minutes (journal, blog, article) 2. Exercise for at least 60 minutes per day 3. Strive for at least 12,000 steps per day

Your goals are very good. I try to achive at least 10.000 steps. I have to say that I can reach this number only once a week. But I think this is a good start.

You do have some good goals set. It never hurts to set some goals.

Nice goals! I have goals and one of them is to be in bed by 11 PM. It used to be 12 PM but earlier is better. I have more energy during the day. I used to fall asleep in the afternoon but now I can go right through. Later on I may adjust it to 10:30 PM. .
