Cannot believe this but I have been reading these days about eggs being weight loss friendly. I avoided eating eggs as I was under the impression they were the cause for LDL Cholesterol build up. Wondering if I should believe all what I have been reading and tell the world "An egg a day keeps the doctor away" May be I will read further just to make sure Here are more details
Certain foods are known to reduce appetite and cravings, while also helping burn more calories. Have a look at 20 worth trying.

Egg is filled up with nutrients as it has to be turned as a life. So naturally it must be good. My advise to you, go for the eggs at home, not from shop. Broiler eggs are so dangerous.

Specially the eggs which were supposed to be kept away as they increased the bad cholesterol. I have missed a lot in life if what they now say is true I used to only eat the white part of the boiled egg.

I eat eggs but I must now increase the number as if it is true that the cholesterol is not affected I would love to continue eating them.

There are so many contradictions about eggs so I think just eating them in moderation just like anything else is best.

yellow one is weight gain, so if you want to loss your friend then eat only white part of the egg. It is full of calcium.

So called authorities publish information that suits their needs and will make them money! I choose to continue eating the things I enjoy in moderation - including eggs. Eggs are a natural food, nothing added, so I trust them!

Some say that egg yolk have cholesterol and say to take only white mixture..the cholesterol it contains not only good and healthy when compared to other foods.so eating daily egg and staying fit by doing excercise is best.

Eggs have realy bad marketing. I eat a lot of eggs and it doesn't make any change in my cholesterol level. Most of the low carb diets based on eating eggs and low carb diets can help losing weight.
