Some Garfield and Friends

Yesterday and today, hubby and I have been watching Garfield and Friends with our kids. They've actually been enjoying it. This morning, they actually asked for it. And after picking up my eldest, she was all for watching it, when I suggested it. I don't mind it at all. It's actually a fun show. Some good laughs. My second brought in a stuffed Garfield for show and tell. Her teacher absolutely loved it. Who else enjoyed Garfield and Friends?

I miss reading the Garfield comics in the paper. My younger grandkids love Elmo and Tigger.

I've never really read the comics. They must have been funny. My son loves Tigger. We got him a Classic Tigger when he was born.

@dodo19 Back before papers went online, I'd get the Sunday paper and the comics were in color. I'd keep them to use as wrapping paper and the kids who received the gifts would have fun reading too.

I like Garfield the cat and I had toys before but actually didn't enjoy the show nor the comic books. But I don't know why I love Garfield. .

@dodo19 Right. Garfield was kind of popular back then. Notebooks, mugs, toys, pens, etc were found everywhere.

When my husband was a kid, my mother-in-law made a Garfield themed room. So, he'd have a lot of toys and such. We still have some of them.

I enjoyed Garfield when I was a kid. I watch it always in TV. Now I got to watch Garfield in YouTube. I watch it to relax. It's a good show

It is a good show. We watch it on YouTube too. We do have some of the specials on DVD, like the Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas ones.
