How to recover my mylot account if it is removed by the administration?

Hello mylotters! My account is removed from mylot due to violate community guidelines unconsciously. I did not found any way to connect the administration. Please help me if you have knowledge about this.! As my first account get blocked. Can I carry mylot membership with another account? Or how can I recover the old account?
