Have Gout while doing Laundry

Hello mylotters, Good afternoon.
It's five thirty in the afternoon over here and for the third time I experience painful gout once more. This was the result of too much eating involves forbidden foods to eat last week and the pain on my legs and thigh had been around for three days already. I'm glad I was able to keep the old prescription and bought some Anti - hyperuricemia medication. This is good for 30 days.
So while I cannot exercise with this pain I just went on for my laundry while doing my laptop thing on the internet. I'm happy and glad that I've learned to use the washing machine.
How are you doing? Hope you're doing alright on your side of the world.

Gout is very painful and it can affect anyone.
Managing to find the right tablets should help you out and get rid of the pain.

A lot of people have it here too and its because they are not following what they should be eating.
Having said that there are those that still get bad attacks of gout even when they follow a strict diet.
Seems like no one really wins with it.
You should be okay soon though.

@lovinangelsinstead21 It wasn't just gout I was planning to avoid, but also kidney failure causing a never ending dialysis.

Hello @ridingbet the bukol is right near the ankle on my foot. I've noticed it recently. Maybe when I recover I will stick to riding this bike treadmill rather than walking.

Hello @JustBhem Well, have you confirmed it with your doctor? your situation is why I'm avoiding to eat more but i failed last week causing me to have gout.

@JustBhem Well, having this much pain proves it. I already check up with my doctor before and the same medication was provided twice, only this time with a higher dosage. I think right now I seriously considered watching what I eat.

You should check your Uric acid then, it's one of the reasons why you have gout. It hurts you know.

Hello @Jennyloves ok, what is that? fibromyalgia . the other night was SUPER painful I couldn't get a straight sleep. I haven't seen any cherries being sold here.
