I Only Want to Be 'in Your Prayers' if I'm 'in Your Praises' Too!

I wonder why people who tell their friends they're 'sending them prayers' don't also say they're 'sending them praises' just as often. Could it be "because 'the praises they do send them are real praises,' while 'the prayers they send are fake'?" https://labgod.blogspot.com/2018/03/forgiveme-commanderkellie-for.html Kellie Copeland reminded her readers of the necessity of praise, inspiring me to look up the roots of that word; and I found that they're the same as the roots of "price" ... telling me that 'true praise' is essentially "telling The Giver/Doer how much you would pay for the gift-or-service they gave/performed for FREE." Most 'prayers' on-the-other-hand (if they're given without being accompanied with 'praise') are like "wishing on a star"---aimless cravings of hungry animals
