Back from the gym

A half-hour ago, I came home from the gym with back-to-back exercises and a short break in between. On the way to the gym, it was in the 30s and sunny. And when I came home, it was snowing. Last night, I wrote a shorthand list of poses that we might do in class today. I just had to add in the number or any exercises on my piece of paper. With my brief break, I did that, since I knew I'll be tired tonight to remember them all. (I'll post my swim lesson update tomorrow.) I did Michelle this afternoon and talked to her. But she had to leave early today from class, so I didn't have to worry about a ride home tonight. Our prop du jour was the small fitness ball with today's routine. Here's what we did today in no particular order: 6 Arm Raises One 100 Hundred Cycle and 1 Swimming Cycle 8 Horizontal Peel-Ups (4x/side) and 3 Mini Peel-Ups 3 Regular and Full Peel-Ups, 5 Head Peel-Ups 4 Single Leg Stretches (2x/side) and 6 Double Leg Stretches (3x/side) 6 Double Leg Circles (3x/side) and 2 Thread the Needle Poses (1x/side) 2 Sidekick Series (1x/side) and 6 Extended Leg Stretches (3x/side) 2 Side Planks (1x/side) and 4 Extended Arm Planks (2x/side) 3 Saw Poses and 1 Bow Pose 6 Warrior Three Poses (3x/side) and 2 Airplane Poses (1x/side) 6 Single Toe Taps (3x/side) and 6 Double Toe Taps 4 Kneeling Push-Ups and 4 Standing Cat-Cow Poses (2x/side) I think that's about it.
