Hello dear mylotters, How are you all?

Yes, it is unbelievable for me the way climate changed in this place. I was wearing sweater and waited in bus stop by almost shivering before two weeks. Today I felt surprised how the climate changed as the Sun was in its full strength. I can’t even imagine now it was cold days before some days. I am sure the summer will be extreme very soon. I feel concern about the hot weather which is fast approaching.

How do you tackle summer days when the temperature is unbearable?

This is why I prefer summer. Though I used to love the rain but it got me sick, and hard to sweat.

But I think rain clouds produce a different heat and make us sweat than the summer hot. May be I am wrong.

I dread hot days so when the cold days are over, I feel sad. But we live in a tropical country so, what can I do but accept the reality that cold days are just for a short time in my country.

Here it would be so sunny one day that everyone is thinking that it is summer already. But the next days it would be rainy again and it is cold at night. I hope it would be sunny already but cold at night, which is impossible.

Well,it has already started to be hot.Drink plenty of water,avoid going out too often.Wait for the rainy season.

It was good climate for the last week. Anyway hotter days are on the way. Rainy season will come only in the month of July.

consume plenty of water and water rich diet.You can have watermelon daily. Main thing oil bath every week without fail.You don't even need to eat melon if you were taking oil bath regularly

Yes, drinking sufficient water or rich water contained food is essential to beat the summer. Oil bathing regularly is not possible as I take my bath in a hurry before leaving for office.
