Well for me is, to sleep, and still wondering if my brain really want me to sleep or not, or my self is responsible why I'm still awake because of the will of not to do it? maybe that's why I'm still awake, I'm confuse about my self and brain.

You have to take it casually or it can be harder to overcome- don't worry- take some warm milk or herbal tea and relax!

Do you have a headset? Go to Youtube and watch an ASMR video. I swear they can make you sleep.

@Shortail Bieber songs are torture for me not relaxation. ASMR are stress relieving videos.

For me, it's the urge to eat goodies after I've eaten supper. My brain says, "Eat goodies!" But my willpower says no. So who wins, my brain or my willpower? I'd say that about seventy percent of the time my urge eat junk food after dinner wins over my willpower.

The will power is really useless. the brain can control it. LOL.

eventually, sleep wins. besides, a sleep benefits us so our brain cells will rest, for another day's activities.

You should see me drooping last Friday afternoon while I was at work. I was so sleepy for some odd reason. Lucky that no one saw me.

For me it's eating. I want to eat but I have no appetite. Try some relaxation music.
