Did you workout today or did you rest? If so, please share your workout. For me, I chose to have a active rest day. I did some stretching and strength exercises. Tomorrow I will focus on cardio, stretching and strength exercises. Until next time, let's keep moving for better health and fitness!

@mydanods i was a teenis couch in israel tennis center after 34 years i changed my work to computers then i stoped working out

My daily workout is 1.5 hours of cycling and 1hour of running.

@LPort2017 I started with 15mins initially 3 years back. But with the time progresses my food consumption started to increase. So I thought I need to have a balance between my food and exercise. I slowly started to increase the pace of exercise like 20mins, 30 mins, 45, 50, 60..etc like this. It was an exhausting time then. But now from the last 5 months onwards I am practicing on hourly based sessions(1 for cycling, 1.5 for running). Still feels a bit hard but the pain gets away within 2mins after finishing.

I did not work out today but when I do, I do exercises here at home. I do not go to a gym.

Yes, I did a workout today. I think it's a good one. Its name is 10-minutes Flat-Belly Super Tabata. I think it's necessary to do workouts regularly because our body needs to exercise.
