Did you workout today or did you rest? If so, please share your workout. For me, I chose to have a active rest day. I did some stretching and strength exercises. Tomorrow I will focus on cardio, stretching and strength exercises. Until next time, let's keep moving for better health and fitness!

@LPort2017 I started with 15mins initially 3 years back. But with the time progresses my food consumption started to increase. So I thought I need to have a balance between my food and exercise. I slowly started to increase the pace of exercise like 20mins, 30 mins, 45, 50, 60..etc like this. It was an exhausting time then. But now from the last 5 months onwards I am practicing on hourly based sessions(1 for cycling, 1.5 for running). Still feels a bit hard but the pain gets away within 2mins after finishing.
Even I used to do workouts before but then nothing worked out for me to keep myself healthy and fit then my friend suggested me to try The Fitnesity which is an online portal for people like me who be busy through out the day and have no time to do any workouts. In this portal there is a section of Fitcussion and Fitfolio where you can talk to proffesional/experienced experts and dietitians who will help you in maintaining yourself by finding out time from your busy schedule.
