Looks Good But....This Isn't What I Ordered!!!

Have U ever sent food back at a restaurant because it isn't what U ordered? Did they refuse an exchange or refund? When I ordered eggs I didn't know they would be mostly egg whites, but I ate as much yellow as I could find in the eggs!!! When I told the manager she very kindly gave me my dollar back. Some would say I shouldn't have gotten my dollar back because I ate them!! What do U think about that???!!!

I have never gotten a wrong order.
It is not my decision to make. You didn't get what you wanted and you told the manager and she refunded you and that is what counts. They would have thrown out the food anyway and they would have had to replace it.
I was in sales for many years and happy customers come back.

Yes, The guy that just commented said their was no proof, But the proof was the egg whites on the plate!!! Yes, a happy customer is a returning customer, And I suppose she wanted to keep the peace, I should not have touched the eggs!!!!

@1hopefulman yes, she was very nice!! I think she didn't want to be bothered bringing me another egg!

most places i worked at if you took more than a couple of bites they wouldn't refund you.

This only happened to me once with a steak. They gave me the wrong cut but were happy to exchange it for the right one
