Do you like soft dim light in your bed room, while you sleep in the night? or complete darkness?

I kinda like it.. but i dun turn on the lights normally as I believe your eyes gets better rest in a really dark room.

Not me, I like a dark and quiet room. I have been known to fall asleep with the tv on and/or lights on, but those are occasions when I am exhausted and just can't keep my eyes open. I'm much more sensative to sound than I am light when I sleep.
