April Fool’s - snow for Easter

So today was that one day a year when the bunny hops around and hides Easter eggs for all the good little girls and boys. Around here though, his tail froze to the ground. Mother Nature pulled an April Fool’s prank on my Midwestern city and treated us to thunder snow, sleet, and all kinds of good stuff. I’ll be happily surprised if my car doors open in the morning! So once we dumped some hot water on the bunny’s tail and got him back on his way - I felt like doing nothing. I put off plans to go out to dinner with my mom because all I wanted to do was sleep. I get like that every once and awhile where I just can’t stay awake. No clue why it happens. Of course, now it’s evening and I’ll be awake all night when I have to be up early in the morning.
