Change For The Better

I love watching movies that show how beautiful morning is in one place. Maybe because I love to be awake in a foggy morning. The view outside the house. The smell of the breeze of morning. But honestly, my strength is not into morning. I still love to cuddle with my bed at that time. I am still convincing myself to be awake for a morning jog and walk which I will really have my time for it, since my children are still asleep and my husband is still at the house taking his breakfast before going to work. I hope one of these days, I am seeing myself sweating because of a great morning work out. I hope I can love work outs the way I love foods. Good morning!

ever try running with a burrito in one hand? ive seen people jogging with a sandwich or one of those granola bars in their hand. i know some do it as a training method for marathons, this way they are used to the eating and running ant the same time. maybe you can try a little bit at a time. make time, as long as you start, thats all that matters.

Whoa, really, @Plethos? How will do they loose then, if there's food while jogging? I'm actually convincing myself to be awake like 5AM for it really is hard for me to do.

@krislovely19 - who knows, but its training for a race. i guess it makes sense if you see them running with a water bottle and drinking at the same time, that kind of thing , i guess.

Morning and have a great day! I've planned to go to walk from today! Everytime i used to plan to go for walk, but i feel lazy in the evening time.. :-( but I'm determined that, from today i should go for walk and excercise... good luck in the fitness!

Good luck on the fitness..try to do different excercise than doing the same daily, running walking, etc..so that you don't feel bore of doing ..just have the determination
