Keto diet or eating one meal a day which works faster for weight loss

Eating one meal a day doesn't sound healthy. I prefer keto diet.

@augusta123 Yes, and you can eat as much as you want. It is a better feeling for me. I can't eat everything but I can eat till I feel full.

I still eat two times a day but I do fasting during dinner time at least two times a week. I just dont eat rice anymore.

@augusta123 yup. it actually helps as rice contains glucose or sugar that makes you hungrier. And because of that, you feel you need to eat more.

One meal a day and you will lose weight but as soon as you start eating a regular meal plan (probably after you pass out) you will gain it all back and then some.

I would say eat healthier. Balanced and lean foods. Exercise more.
