Which's better , eat much foods in three times , or each a little food oftenly ?

A good body health is construct from the foods and drinks that we eat it. Their contains give many effects to us. But, is there any effect of eating time? Does it seriously ? I think it is an important one to get a good lifestyle. Although, I'd prefer to do the much time for eating. I still want to know the reason of people who choose the first type of eating time.

Eating little is the correct way, You should not overfill your stomach.You can have it in a few times of a day.
