I Heard a Rumor

There's a rumor going round that our temperatures are going to get warmer by the end of the week and it's a possibility that spring will finally make an appearance. I expected to wake up this morning to rain and snow mix but there's nothing there except a bit of wetness (so maybe it rained?) but the sun is shining and the sky is clearing up. What a wonderful surprise!! Yesterday was my busy day. We went grocery shopping and came home with quite a bit of food. Our store had some nice sales and I love seeing that big discount come off the bill at the end. We also got 50 cents off each gallon of gasoline so filling up the car was also another savings. With prices being so high on everything it's nice when you can actually save a little bit of money. Today my daughter went to work so it's just me and the dogs. I have the usual house stuff that needs to get done but otherwise it's a quiet day ahead (or I think so anyway). Never know what a day will bring. Last night we lost our internet for hours with no explanation. My granddaughter (who is 16) and lives on her phone (along with all her friends) went crazy. That's how we found out it was a whole area loss and not just in our house. I don't know how my granddaughter and her friend survived without internet for hours and I guess they had a bad case of the twitches before it came back on again. Anyway, I'm here and going to pop around and see what's happening here. It's nice to see we got paid Enjoy your day my friends
