I live in Japan and I eat sushi. It is somewhat expensive so I don't have it often, but sometimes I take my family out for "rotary sushi" where there are plates on a rotating thing like what you see on the airport for luggage, and you take what you want off as it goes by you. At the end, you pay by the plates (how many plates you have times ¥100 for each plate). It's fun but I wouldn't eat it every day.

@petatonicsca Yes, the rotary sushi seems fun, I've heard of it before because I played browser sushi games with that system.

¥100 for each doesn't seem expensive, but I guess it depends on the plate itself. Here we usually have "all you can eat", you pay a fixed price and eat as much as you want, by buffet or you have waiters serving tables. I'd like to try the rotary system someday.

I love sushi. We have a sushi restaurant in a neighbouring town which I visit sometimes. You can eat as much as you want for a fixed price.
