7 hours at 400 degrees

Last night after I went to bed my fiance decided he was going to make a pizza for a night time snack. Well I guess he must have fallen asleep while he was waiting for it. This morning I got up at 7am and I though I could smell something. I got up and when I walked into the kitchen I noticed the oven was turned on. I figured he must have forgotten to turn the oven off when he was done with it. I turned it off and opened the oven door and the above picture is what I found. I took it out and then I went back in the bedroom and said "your pizza is ready". He jumped right out of bed and then he noticed what time it was. We both laughed so hard about it.

I am surprised the smoke detector did not go off. You had a sound sleep, I guess.

There wasn't even any smoke but then again the window in the kitchen was opened so that may have helped

He likes pizzas well cooked. I would not throw him a stone, it happened to me several times when I had no timer on the oven.
