Buffet or serve yourself which is more effective for you

Varieties is the spice of life and I apply that in almost everything especially with food. I always love a buffet so I can grab a. bit of everything on display. How about you?,which is your preferred option?

The cons of a buffet are you tend to overeat.I love ordering from the menu or getting the buffet.

Buffet for me. I like the diversity of food to try with minimal risk. The main reasonI choose buffet is that I have a refrigerator for a stomach and a monster appetite to go with it so I pig out on these things by having an 8 plate meal.
