Are dried fruits your choice too?

Dried fruits are nothing but dehydrated fruits. They have carbohydrates, sugar, vitamin, potassium and other nutrients. They have many number of health benefits. Those who wish to gain weight , can eat dried fruits. Dried are good for health but it should be taken in limit , excess intake can cause some other health issues. Dried fruits are as healthier as whole fruits. There are many varieties of dried fruits available like badam, pistachio, cashews, apricots,figs, raisins...etc.
Are dried fruits your choice too? If so, what are the dried fruits that are on top of your favourite list?

I like dried tomatoes... I am not much into dried fruits because usually it's too sweet

Pistachios... But all dried fruits have huge amount of calories so I restrict myself for the consumption.
