Do You Know What Plant Is This?

Hello everyone.
The sun is still up but not that hot anymore. I am tending to my plants because I notice some weeds and grass is now growing beside some of them.
One of them is the one in the picture. I have no idea of this plant. What is this called or use. I am just wondering maybe it is medicinal or not. Maybe it is toxic or not.
So if abyone recogmizes this, maybe you can help me out.

Oh by the way, two out of my 10 citrus planta died due to the heat of the sun. I actually placed them near a shade already but still died. Anyway, I still have 8 and the peppers, oregano and aloe vera.

No idea about the plant , some plants can be only recognized after they start flowering.

I just looked it up in my plant books and the picture looks just like the Black Pepper plant or Piper Nigrum. Is the one you have growing outside on the ground or do you have it as a house plant. Look it up on the computer and see if any of the pictures look like yours. You can always take it to a nursery or Home Depot garden center and as their opinions. Let us know what you find out. Does it have any flowers?

It is familiar. This plant can bear a yellow flower. I don't know the name though.
