Women and self defense. To shoot or not to shoot.

I think more women should be engaged in self defense classes. The attacks on women these days have gone to an all time high. I personally have never been attacked, however I’m afraid when the day comes I won’t be prepared enough. Do you take part in self defense classes? What are some suggestions when registering for a class? Have you ever been attacked? How did you cope?

Learning martial arts is a good thing to do. But best to learn current self defense tactics

first step is to just ask for information from any place that offers things like karate or boxing.

Russian women are scary in anger... I know that I have an inner strength, and when I am in real anger, I can hurt a man. I think that any woman becomes a bit reckless and totally fearless in an extraordinary situation, so no worries

Hello! It's a good thing that you are thinking of enrolling for a self-defense course... You can tell that they are giving you good training if they teach you to run away from trouble first...
