When I saw this image on lovethispic I new I had to use it. These are truly words to live by. If you want a happy life you need to follow the advice they give. I try to do so every day. They are simple little things to do but they make a huge difference in your life. Hope everyone out there is having a most happy and wonderful day.

Like you, I try to follow that advice. I wish people would count their blessings more often instead of whinging - happiness starts with our own attitude.
