Slim pickens (no pun intended) on songs using these letters that I would call favorites. I'll get a bit creative here with my video using a girl whose name starts with an "N." The twist, the name is in the lyrics not the title, but you'll recognize the song and artist. So, lets dive in and figure out the songs and artists from the following clues: 1. This artist was incarcerated in prison between October 1961 and October 1963 for bringing a 14-year-old Apache waitress across a state line. During his time in jail, Berry wrote this tune with other classic numbers such as "You Never Can Tell," and "No Particular Place to Go." The "N" song tells of a man who catches sight of a woman and goes about trying to catch up with her. The song's imagery, "A Coffee Colored Cadillac" had a profound influence on many artists such as Bob Dylan. A documentary film in 1987 called "Hail! Hail! Rock n Roll" was about the performer's life. 2. The group was called "The Hawks" before Dylan asked them to be his backup musicians on his first electric tour. The group's name eventually changed when they started making records. The group performed their last concert on November 24, 1976 at Winterland in San Francisco. A documentary film was made called "The Last Waltz" to capture the moment. This "O" song is about a woman who has skipped town. The tune's title uses a very mysterious girl's name, one the group's lead guitarist was always facinated by. This name is also used for a famous female charater in a William Shakespeare play called "Hamlet." Do you know the names of these two songs and artists? My Honorable Mention song- NIkita/Elton John- George Michael sang backing vocals on this track. There is our musical trivia today for N & O-named girl songs. Good luck and use those clues! If your stuck and need additional help just let me know in your response. Glad to throw a few more hints your way and aid "your search of that lost chord" or in this case a forgotten song. Enjoy the continuing series, comment, check out the trivia answers and see if their your favorites too. And as always, thanks for reading my music post!!! Source- Wikipedia & songfacts.com

This artist had some other great hits including "Mabelline" (why can't you be true) and "Johnny B. Goode." One of the pioneers of the Rock n' Roll sound. The song name is a tough one for sure! #2 even harder unless your name is John (ha, ha) Artist clue: another name describing a musical group which begins with a B. For song see female characters in the play "Hamlet." It is derived from a greek name meaning "help."
