It Took 5 Minutes!

For some reason, that I don`t really know, I have had a change in my night hours. Instead of bed before or at midnight I have been going to bed at 2 am. This makes me have to use the alarm clock to wake up and its cut me a couple hours of sleep.
I need my sleep, I work hard and sleep hard.
This morning I finally woke to the beeping of the alarm, I turned over and looked and the clock had been beeping for 5 minutes! This is not good.
Tonight I will force myself to go to bed, even if I read myself to sleep, which I do anyways, I will go to sleep faster.
Do you need an alarm to wake?

I used to be on the best schedule, sleep at midnight and wake at 9 am.

@andriaperry I prefer to go to sleep earlier, 10:30 or 11 PM. I never get up after 6:30 am.

I dont usually need an alarm, but I dont usually need to get up at a certain time. As long as I am moving by 9 most mornings I am ok with starting chores.

@andriaperry Sounds like hubby, he has woke me up before just to ask if I am ok. I keep telling him if I am not stiff then I am fine lol

I am guilty of this. Yes if I need to wake up at a certain time I use an alarm but alarms are like my enemy, sometimes I won't even hear them or I will fall back asleep unexpectedly when I turned off the alarm. Then my mom has to wake me up which scares me so bad that I end up crying. And this is why I do everything in the evening or not sleep if I have to wake up early.

When I am through with the job, in a few days no, I will not need an alarm unless I want one. I may want one I am thinking that in order to beat the heat in the summer I should get up and outside really early, nap mid day and then get up for a while in the evening. I slept through the alarm this morning but still was up in plenty of time.

I often sleep soundly. If I don't set the alarm, I might get up late.

Even before the baby arrived, I seemed to have this internal clock that when I know a time I have to be up I either wake about 20 minutes before or wake up way before and can't go back to sleep. I may have had to reply on an alarm a hand full of times in my whole life.

As I can't hear, alarms aren't of benefit to me!! So the hubby wakes me up, while I'm making his breakfast and lunch he rests a while more.

Yes, many days I need that alarm. But what's funny in an unusual way is when I have an appointment that morning and need to be up early to get ready, I wake up before my alarm goes off. Go figure?

No, not enough hours in the day to do what I need to get done. Its green picking time, jelly making while the flowers are blooming. Its garden planting time. mowing grass, and working 2 jobs.
I am over worked, I do not finish till 12 - 1 am, then I take a bath and its 2 am.
