Soggy and Wet Wednesday

Happy Wednesday everyone!
It's a rainy day here in my little corner of the myLot world. Last night we had some pretty severe thunderstorms with tornado warnings in some surrounding counties. Seeing tornado warnings is pretty scary and unusual for this part of the US. Guess nothing is predictable anymore where weather is concerned.
Today we have showers on and off all day but no more thunderstorms.
It's a good day to get thing done around the house so I've been making a list of things I want to accomplish. Say hello to everyone here is #1 
Since it's dreary it's a good night for pasta so I'll be making a pot of sauce shortly. I decided to make it in the crock pot so it will slowly cook all day rather than having to keep stirring it while it cooks on the stove top. I'm thinking of making chicken parmigiana to accompany the pasta. I'm feeling very ambitious today!
Not much is new here. Life is back to normal which is good. I've had enough company and celebrating for awhile.

It's the same here..and it has been warm and sticky..although we just had a big storm so maybe it cooled things off a bit.

Not much new going on here. Just another day of work then off to the building department to get that done, then back to walmart to pick up the boyfriends stuff since hes at his room sick today. Get my moms mothers day stuff as well since she is heading home today as well. I have dinner planned out and hopefully that goes well and my parents can actually eat a home cooked meal and hopefully have some leftovers as well.
I hope the rest of my day at work goes smooth and that i can finish up the flyer i need to get done and then also get caught up as well. Need to take a time away for the rest of the day on mylot but ill see how that works out for me LOL. Have a good day

It was nice here all day. We got the lawn mowed and trimmed and the garden watered. .. Nothing is coming up yet.

Not a lot really. ...we ard enjoying some lovely warm sunny days here in spain... I am preparing to go back to the uk next week for a work placement.... I hope the storm warnings came to nothing and that you are enjoying some better weather now....

We were supposed to have thunderstorms for 3 days, but only got 3 thuds last night with one strike of lightning; plus a little rain. today it has rained a little but that's it.
Hope your dinner was good!

That sounds like a sort of fun day. I love it when we get storms, but I live in Arizona and we have our whole fun monsoon season coming up!
