On the front-page of The Sunday Oklahoman, I saw the big headline "The Moore Effect."
Underneath it to the side (looking like a sub-headline), the announcement that some council chairman was coming under investigation for harassment-charges.
And--before I took a second to look closer and see that those were two different stories (the first one being about how Moore--a city in Oklahoma--is so tornado-prone or something), I was ready to write 'an angry letter' to The Oklahoma---shaming them for encouraging 'celebration' of the shameful Alabama-politician who has a name that is also held by several more-honorable people & groups!
(Beside Moore, Oklahoma, there's also ... well, many-[u]many[u] others, but the first one(s) that come to mind is one of my favorite teachers (and his wife and ... children? I don't know).)
But it's a shame that--at seeing 'The Moore Effect' (and maybe the 'allegedly-harassing council-chairman')--my mind was so quick to "go there" and think they were following MSM down the tabloid-"rabbit hole."
I think we should do something to restore honor to the 'Moore'-name! Any suggestions?
The first one I think of (fellow Oklahomans): Write-in "Lawrence Moore" when you go to elect your governor!
'The rest of America' can write-in 'Lawrence Moore' (if you're not already pledging your vote to "Johnson/Hanks"
) when you vote for President in 2020.
That, or make big donations to Moore, Oklahoma, tourism's advertising. http://www.northwestgeorgianews.com/rome/residents-to-travel-to-moore-with-donations/article_7618819c-d11a-50df-b664-102564951e52.html
Any other ideas?

That's what I just said.
But I asked 'how we can use the evil MSM against itself' to make "Moore" a more-honorable name?
